Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, we transfer ownership of the final deliverables to you. We retain the right to display completed work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Client Responsibilities
You agree to provide timely feedback, necessary materials, and accurate information to enable project completion. Delays caused by the client may affect project timelines.
Limitation of Liability
AustCom Swift shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
